We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to establish, maintain and improve customer relationships in the German speaking areas of Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to develop business opportunities for our permanent magnet generators and full-power converters, mainly used in wind and solar power applications. Although you will be based in Germany, you will be closely cooperating with our international key account management and operational organization.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Independently implement The Switch sales strategy through your field and business development activities
- Take responsibility for technical and commercial support, presentations, negotiations and consultation with customers
- Participate in trade shows and conferences, including preparation and follow-up to enhance lead generation
- Negotiate and close technical and commercial contracts
Our requirements are that you:
- Have a BSc or MSc in electrical engineering, and experience in wind energy, electrical machinery and/or power electronics
- Have a great attitude are willing to drive business with new and existing customers
- Are fluent in German and English; other foreign languages are a benefit
- Are flexible and willing to travel
