On Wednesday, January 18, The Switch and Steerprop jointly participated in an international press tour in Helsinki arranged by Norway-based Blue-C PR agency, which brought a delegation of 14 journalists from 7 countries to learn about Finland’s marine cluster.
Jussi Puranen and Roy Nilsen gave in-depth presentations about the advantages of PM technology and DC-Hubs, while Mikko Lönnberg gave a brief overview about The Switch. Steerprop’s Managing Director Jussi Seppälä and Automation Manager Aarno Niemi presented how the Steerprop CRP ECO LM solution has improved efficiency using PM technology.
Blue-C’s 2017 Finland Maritime Press Tour focused on key organizations and companies located in Helsinki and Turku. The Finland Press Tour was a prime opportunity for The Switch and Steerprop to meet and share information with the industry’s leading journalists, reporters and editors.
This event provided us with an ideal way to build personal relationships with international media, deliver messages to the industry as a whole and enlighten journalists about our company business objectives, services and goals. During lunch, the journalists had a chance to mingle with our experts and ask questions.
